I started this business because I couldn’t find a healthy, fast meal option in my local grocer.
My choices were pre-cooked, dried out chickens, fluorescent coloured macaroni salad, or days-old sushi. Not only did I hate drive-thru’s because they’re unhealthy, but they always screwed up my order.
It was time to take matters into my own hands and pioneer a product that a niche market customer like me, “Health Nut Heather”, was looking for. Challenge accepted!
